types of problems related to TBA/ATM/RTGS/CBS/Network through the Central Bank Wide Area Network spread across
country. Day End MIS reports are available on the system, various users are able to see the status of their logged
problems any time.

 

Title                        : Anti Money Laundering System (Technical Evaluation & Coordination)

Description      : Money laundering and terror financing transactions are a major concern for
banks institutions world over. Global regulations such as the FATF recommendations, USA Patriot Act, FSA
guidelines and KYC norms mandate banks to implement anti-money laundering programmes -- or face financial
risk and loss of reputation. We are in a phase of implementing an end-to-end AML solution that enables banks
to: -Achieve complete regulatory compliance in a cost effective manner, Enable differential monitoring for high-
risk profiles vis-à-vis other customers, Reduce effort of implementation by providing extensive lists of
parameters, risk thresholds, business rules and customizable templates, Achieve the dual advantages of having
a quickly deployable rules engine and yet continuously improve monitoring effectiveness by a neural network -
by the usage of a hybrid rules/AI model, Fully comply and yet have minimal impact on business by having a

Ordinary/Charity/MWP/Will. Securities like shares, debentures portfolio management is also incorporated.

Description      :IBA (Indian Banking Association) had setup a Working Group to prepare a
Document prescribing benchmarks for Disaster Management and Business Continuity to serve as a model
reference document for Banks.BCP is an ongoing process and the primary objective is to maintain viable
recovery strategies and plans to ensure all units can recover their critical activities following a major incident.
Disaster Recovery is the ability to respond to an interruption in services by implementing a plan to restore
organization’s critical business functions. This could be based on the Business Impact analysis carried out and
should contain at least the following systems:Core Banking Systems, ATM, Internet Banking, Treasury systems

 

Project Work Status at Oriental Bank of Commerce

Oriental Bank of Commerce is a reputed Nationalized Bank of India with a profit of INR 7 Billion. The organization has a full fledged IT intranet spread all over India with a world class IT facilities and a total manpower of 15000 employees.

Description           : FTMS was a complete Field Task management solution. FTMS provides a feature-rich software environment with unique capabilities that allow us to more efficiently manage tasks at our company. Modules are provided for the creation of field task procedures, scheduling those procedures, simplifying the execution of procedures, analyzing field data, and overall management of the underlying database. Now, for the first time, we can benefit from a management tool that integrates all aspects of field tasks into a cohesive and powerful tool. FTMS saves money through efficient utilization of scare resources while enhancing the overall quality of field task management, data collection, and data archiving. With FTMS one can manage all field tasks within company and build new field task procedures quickly and easily. Once built, these procedures can be scheduled to occur periodically or immediately. For execution, procedures can be printed out or they can be downloaded to a variety of handheld equipment. The results can be manually entered or uploaded automatically depending on the handheld equipment used. FTMS provides us with a variety of ways to streamline the collection of field task data. Procedural information can be carried into the field in hardcopy or electronically in the form of downloads to self-documenting handheld devices. In addition, the transfer of results data can be done automatically with certain handheld devices or entered manually on an easy to use data entry screen. In all cases the resulting data is linked to the equipment used to collect it, either automatically or by user selection depending on the method transfer. Description      : The Personal Finance Manager is an accounting application like Quicken or
Microsoft Money that enable us to maintain bank accounts, cash, credit cards, and investment accounts. It
handles cash, bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions. An inventory module records
customer transactions, and as Accounts Payable module records supplier transactions. Traditionally, accounting
applications have been developed around the client/server model. The modules share a central database and
are connected to each other with some sort of a network protocol.

Role                : Responsible for coding of Accounts Transaction module and Trial Balance reports with 4 member team.

Description     :This software provides the complete automation function of directing  the
movement of goods through the entire manufacturing cycle from the requisitioning of raw materials to the

Role                         : Analyst Programmer with 4 member team leaded by system analyst.

Responsibility      : Responsible for coding, designing master forms,  system analysis, coding of Transaction forms and preparing crystal reports. Also involved in post-implementation changes & end-user training of software.

Responsibility      : I have been involved in analysis, development, coding and Implementation of OPD, IPD, Blood Bank and Inventory management modules.

Title                        : Automation of HRM System

Client                     : Hexacom India Ltd., Jaipur

Duration                : January 2003 to July 2003

Project description: The system was developed for Hexacom India Ltd., the largest Cellular Service provider for Rajasthan. The project was focused upon the automation of existing manual process for maintaining the Attendance Record, Leave Calculations and sending the Details to the Accounts Dept. for the calculation of Salary. The features of the new system included extracting the Data from the time punching machine and accordingly marking the attendance & maintaining the attendance for calculation of salaries. The system also included income tax, gratuity & arrears calculation & finally generation of pay slips. The system also keeps track of appraisal of employees on the basis of performance.

Responsibility      : He was involved in designing the Forms & various reports like leave status report, Pay slips, reports generated at the time when the employee leaves the company like Full & Final Settlement     report, relieving certificate, experience Certificate etc. He was involved in putting various validation checks as per the user requirements and creating procedures & packages. He was responsible for uploading their existing data from the Excel Worksheet to the new developed database using SQL*Loader Scripts.
