In March 2006, trained 110 engineers of UP Irrigation Department for quality control & quality assurance in canal construction, rehabilitation of canals and drains, soil properties; World Bank Procurement procedures. My input in the project is only for 8 months in the total project period of 34 months. (C) September 2005 - Evaluated 2 proposals (in water sector) of an Innovation Company of Leicestershire (United Kingdom) for state of the art. The Company appreciated my evaluation. With a total experience of 36 years, worked with the Irrigation Department, Government of Rajasthan state, India since August 1968.
