I am working in Hazira Refractory Works Pvt. Ltd., Surat since 20th December 2003, as a Chief Chemist in QA/QC Dept... Our company manufacturing Castable Refractory that is an ISO ####-#### company. Production capacity of the plant is 1200 MT/Month. Manufacturing products are Ultra Low Cement, Low Cement, Self Flow Microsilica Free Chrome Base Low Cement, Insulating, Gunning, Conventional Dense Constables and Mortars. Responsibility:  Handling QA/QC Function.  Follow the quality management system  Refer IS and ASTM procedure for Analysis of Raw material and Finished goods  Production planning.  Joint inspection with customers and third party inspection also.  Prepare Statistical reports.  Calibration of all the equipments.  Attaining complaints of customers.  Report to Directors.
