Presently I am working for a pulic relation company called MELCOLE as office co-ordinator - Responsibilites: Maintaining petty cash accounts. co-ordinating admin department and media department. Preparing invoices and despatching the goods Going outside to despatch the materials Maintaining the Sales officer reports on desktop. i.e. sales report, tour programme, opening and closing report, weekly sales report and monthly sales report, damage stock report , indent report etc.
