Executive / Personal Assistant

I am currently a Personal Assistant to a Chief Operating Officer & Financial Director. Languages spoken: Afrikaans and English. I am looking for a similar position as mentioned above but am flexible. These are just some of the duties I am currently doing. Main Duties / Key Accountabilities: General administrative duties: Typing of routine correspondence, client reports, minutes, data capture, printing, and binding documents, formatting of documents. Answering telephone calls, taking messages Typing of all documentation Single point of contact Scheduling all appointments internal & external Travel local & International Private or business Arranging & Catering for meetings and conferences Local & International Booking of all Audio Conference Calls Marketing projects (All events; staff meetings, staff functions; team builds) Maintaining staff leave records, providing staff utilization reports, liaising with central admin as required, general office administration and maintenance, distributions; filing etc.
