Here I was working in Engg. research Centre(R & D of TATA MOTORS). Working on Very hot Project of Small car named as NANO(2,500$ car). I know 3 languages, English, Hindi, Marathi(Mother Tongue). Completing the Full time Course “Diploma in Engine Design & Simulation” (Engine part Design on Pro-E WF 2.0, Analysis & optimization on ANSYS 10. at IFS Academy, Kothrud,, Pune. 3 Months duration Started on 1st of Jan,.09 • Able to create 3D models & Drawings of Automobile (Particularly Engine) Components By Using Pro-E WF 2.0, Worked on Project of Crankshaft Connecting rod & Piston Modeling & Assembly. Brief Course Contents:- Basic engine Configuration - Displacement. Fuel/Combustion Cycle, engine types, Bore, Stroke, Engine cooling. Engine Structure:- 3D Modeling of Crankcase, It’s types, Cylinder head Attachment, main bearing containment, Bore Spacing & Deck height, Engine mounting, Fatigue loading, Modal analysis & NVH, Bolted joint Design, Reliability, Engine wear, Valve train & Cam System, Cam drive type & Configuration, Wear Ch. & Design.
