I am an automotive professional having more than 7 years of experience in various Toyota and Hyundai Dealerships in the level of Service and Parts Manager in India and abroad. My last post title was “Service manager” of Elizade Toyota in Africa. As the Service & Parts Manager of a major Automobile dealership which services 1800 cars per month, I managed a team of 110 qualified and part qualified staff. I have implemented TSM (Toyota Customer service Marketing) and DEP (Dealer Enhancement Program) in all the dealerships I worked in my career. I consider that I have proved my ability to succeed in a tough and financially pressured environment. I believe that my track record of developing and maintaining internal and external customers should serve me well. I have worked with only one automotive group named Popular Group and had opportunities to look after various brands like Toyota, Hyundai and abroad assignments.
