I am a qualified Body Corporate (Strata Association) Manager with extensive accounts, financial, contracts and project management experience. I am comfortable with independent project management or major project support, managing multiple budgets, babysitting shelf entities and just about any property management or regulatory compliance challenge I can have a look at. I (and by I, I mean my wife to be and I) would just like to work somewhere a bit more exotic (Please note that we have lived and worked in smaller semi isolated communities before and are comfortable with both small population and metropolitan areas).
