I am a young woman who holds an Honours degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zimbabwe. I am fluent in English, speak two local languages and am currently studying French. I am a fast learner, have good interpersonal and communication skills and am innovative. I started out as a trainee at British American Tobacco Zimbabwe and within four months i had proven myself to be a fast learner and hard worker. I was taken on in a supervisory management role and have had the opportunity to receive on-the-job training and have assumed greater responsibilities which add more value to the organization.However I feel it is now time for me to move on and am looking for a role that is more challenging and will see me grow and develop further as a professional and I am looking to explore the world thus am also looking for opprtunities outside Zimbabawe. I see myself in a position which enables me to make a significant contribution to the growth of the organization that i end up at and My objective is to work for a responsible organization which allows for personal growth and development, leaves room for innovation, is dynamic, provides free & fair opportunities to all employees and believes in team work in order to achieve its goals.
