- Post graduate Psychologist, member of the APS (Australian Psychological Society) - Nine years of experience in four fields of action clinical, educational, community and organizational, including understanding of human resources management, occupational health, educational and ethics issues. - Thorough knowledge developing guidelines, plans and projects, as well as programming policies and procedures. - Training ability, results-driven, logical and methodical approach to achieving tasks and objectives - Ability to communicate complex concepts, including analytical and problem-solving skills - Computer skills, including internet navigation - Great team-worker - adaptable and flexible working relationships, both within and outside the organization with sensitivity and respect for diversity - Fluency in Spanish and English - Basic knowledge of Portuguese
