I am working as a Batch Techinal Analyst and i responsibilities are: 1.Study of Client requirements and draft them into system specific requirements. 2.Implementing various logics involved behind data loading, client reporting, and data manipulations using SAS 9.0 programming language. 3.Supporting Production Environment (failures in job streams and defects) and execute workflow and defect management with Ongoing Delivery Group (ODG). This involves analyzing the cause of job failure or the defect, identifying the best solution, implementing it and then testing it to confirm results. 4.Lead status calls with NA (North America) managers and counterparts for the overall project. 5.Testing the code, which include Unit and Integration Testing.
