I am ideal candidate worked in fast places and fine dinning kitchen environment Strong team players as working with brigade of 16 chefs have a passion for work And good quality fresh food .I am motivated to my work and career ladder to next Level. I have 6 years of experience in all areas of hotel industry with specialisation Experience in three countries include India, U.K., Isle of Man with fluent in English, Hindi and knowledge of French. Knowledge of national and international industrial sectors like business hotels, flight kitchen, airport hotel, educational institution, sports complex stadium with different type of department including food and beverage service –production, reception, banqueting, customer service. Good observation of staff rotation, hygiene monitoring, stock listing, sales figures, profit target, annual budget of department and sales analysis. Capacities for easily involve in new work environment and study the organisation.
