JOB DESCRIPTION I. RECRUITMENT 1.Recruits, screens and conducts preliminary interview of applicants for direct employment within one month from request;2. Conducts orientation of newly hired employees on the Company Policies, Rules and Regulations and Standard Operating Procedures;3. Formulates contracts for direct hired employees; 4. Accomplishes documents pertinent to hiring and separation of employment; II. ADMINISTRATIVE 5. Updates and Monitors the implementation of Company Policy, and Standard Operating Procedures; 6. Checks the compliance of employment agencies to company and government policies and regulations and personnel turn-over; 8. Checks and updates 201 records of all employees employment contracts; 9. Drafts and disseminates administrative inter-office and inter-branch memos and safe keeps the memos received by concerned employees; III. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT 10. Updates Job Description and Performance Evaluation of Employees at least twice a year 12.Reviews Company Officers recommendations for disciplinary action against erring employees if compliant with the company policy;13. Reviews recommendations for employees salary increase/adjustments if within salary structure and thereafter, submits the same to the VP-GM for approval; 14.Facilitates administrative investigations and checks that due process is observed at all times in all branches; IV. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS 15. Answers Company Officers queries on the implementation of existing and new Policies and Standard Operating Procedures; 16. Discusses the presentation of Company’s legal arguments with the Branch Sales Supervisor before preliminary hearings in NLRC/NCMB in cases of labor disputes and communicates with Lawyers as the need arise; 17. Discusses with Branch Personnel in handling human relations concerns encountered in their area;18. Counsels Employees with problems affecting their performance of their jobs; V. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION 19. Updates and submits government mandated reports
