• Sourcing and Screening CVs for the Open Positions as per the Job requirement.
• Scheduling Interviews with the Interviewers/Hiring Managers.
• Follow-up on status of CVs with the Hiring Managers.
• Meeting the Hiring Managers on a weekly basis to know the feedback on the quality of CVs.
• Continuous interaction with the Hiring Managers to understand their expectations and any problems faced by them to hire the candidates.
• Communicate with other recruiters and Recruitment Managers for any suggestion or help in regards to Hiring.
