Prashant Sharma is working as Senior APO Consultant in IBM Global Service. Prashant is a SNP, PPDS and CIF Consultant and has specialized in Supply Chain Management from IIT Delhi. He is currently working on implementation of SNP, PPDS for Nestle Waters Italy which is scheduled to go live on 2nd Jan, 2008. Prior to this project, he did implementation in SNP, PPDS for Nestle Purina Italy which went live earlier this year on 2nd Jan 2007. He also did a domestic implementation project in SNP for MIRC Electronics in India when he started his career in 2003. Prashant has comprehensive implementation project related experience in premiere Food and Beverage, Consumer Electronics and Pharmaceutical companies. He has more than 4 years and 3 months of experience in SAP APO implementation and has done 3 Implementation projects in APO SNP and 2 implementations in APO PPDS. Prashant has very good analytical and problem solving skills. He has excellent skills in Business need assessment and analysis of key functions of business, and ability to capture client’s requirements. He is a strong contributor to the team with excellent training skills. His expertise is in the fields of Business process mapping, Core interfacing, master data set up for APO SNP, PPDS; supply chain model set up, planning area administration and supply chain planning in APO using heuristics, CTM and the different Deployment strategies of APO, TLB, PPDS Master Data and Infinite, Finite Scheduling, Batch jobs, Cluster Preparation and parallel run activities for APO. He also provided offshore functional support for prestigious client such as Novartis, US and Nestle and has guided the ABAP development team for the successful and on-time delivery of Functional Specifications received from the Client in his earlier assignment.
