My responsibility is assembling the Road Rollers. In my line Assembling are in two types  SUB ASSEMBLY  MAIN ASSEMBLY SUB ASSEMBLY : Pad assembling, crabak valve assembling, hydralic oil tank assembling, operator platform assembling, head light board assembling, engine assembling, operator seat assembling, springler assembling, water tank assembling, batteri assembling, engine wood assembling. MAIN ASSEMBLY : Hydralic hoses assembling, Centre joint assembling, frent frame assembling, Rear frame assembling, shaft assembling, Roller drum assembling, Balas weight assembling, water tank assembling, batteri assembling, engine assembling, canapy assembling. Final we have to run the Road Roller for 2 hours because of we have to check the any hydralic oil leacages. there is to look after the smooth running of the machine, troubleshoot and to abide to my superiors orders. I have worked with MAILLEFER Machine, (German make) using Particle curing method and Hot air vulcanization line.
