Masters’ graduate (September 2007), I would like to enhance my career; therefore I am looking for new challenges and greater responsibilities. Experienced in management, I successfully supervise a team of 17 people; ensuring the highest standards of customer service, creating a dynamic environment, responding quickly to problems as they arise, communicating effectively. My academic courses have given me grounding in the main disciplinary areas of management, marketing, environment and tourism. I am highly organised; prioritising and meeting deadlines has been a consistent part of my academic and working life. I am computer literate (Internet, Microsoft Office, SPSS, GIS) and have knowledge of administrative duties.
