| My job is to erect the timber frame house when it arrives on site normally using a crane and also put the roof on. the timber frame ertecting requires marking out the base, nailing to the base and plumbing and nailing the wall panels together.then the roof(normally trusses but maybe lose timber) is placed on top of the frame, lined through and nailed down. if there are any features on the roof we normally finish them as to the spec. on the plans/drawings. i also have spent time working part time in a local pub serving the customers. i speak the english language very well | |
