I’m a recent graduate in BSc(Hons) Nutrition (2.1) from Liverpool john Moores University. I have experience in working in a laboratory analyzing food products using several Microbiology and biomolecular techniques to analyze food products, DNA and Proteins. I have a strong theoretical background regarding anthropometry and dietary assessment and I’m also aware of the latest government’s policies published by the Department of Health in regards to Dietary advice; national and local targets to reduce obesity and improve child health by implementation of healthy eating programs. I possess good communication skills both oral and written which were manly developed as part of the Nutrition program. My ability to present work to both experts and non-expert audience was proved by my participation at the annual Young Scientists competition as part of the IFST (Institute of Food Science and Technology) I'm looking for a job position where I can demonstrate my knowledge in Nutrition field as well as develop my skills.
