Experience and Competencies: • Repeated success in development, start-ups and sustaining of advanced/precision manufacturing techniques and methodologies. • Definition and establishing of process flow, procedures, metrologies, and equipment configuration. • Establishes process control system, writes specification on process operation procedures, metrology procedures and yield loss codes. Also, creation of Response Flow Checklist (RFC). • Installation, qualification, and maintenance of highly precision semiconductor equipments. • Has a good leadership and project management skill. • Good skills on identifying the problem root cause and developing innovative solution and understanding of manufacturing science or theory of constraint applications. • Very good exposure and understanding of statistical process control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), seven steps problem solving (SPS), and True Spec Validation (TSV). • Strong working knowledge of windows application, Machine schematics and block diagrams, and Use of Statistical tools (i.e. JMP, DOE, and commonality study).
