Good with the Internet, Microsoft Word, Power point and know about Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Fidelio and IDS. Staffing and Scheduling of the shift and allocation of duties. - Implement systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction. - Ensure smooth operations of all functions in the Front Office Department. - Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the department. Job Experience: Worked in Front Office operations at Holiday Inn Jaipur from October 2006 for six months, then worked as Sales and Marketing Executive at Holiday Inn Jaipur till September 30th 2006.
