Currently I am involved in Project Management Activities. Basic Engineering or detailing of EPC / lump sum projects, Estimation in terms of labour, plant and material, Material approvals, Technical submissions, drawing detailing and approvals, comparison statements of BOQ, standard drawings and Tender drawings. Material Take off, reconciliation activities. Cost analysis, rate analysis, working know how of Knowledge of relevant ASTM, ANSI, API, BS EN & ISO standards. Knowledge of FIDIC and CESMM3. MS / DI / HDPE / AC pipeline and equipments, Exposure to cathodic protection and SCADA systems, material & contracts planning, Material estimation, Making variations to the contract, etc. In previous company RUCHI SOYA IND, I was involved in Erection & commissioning of 60 ton Boiler with Automation touch. I am aware with PLC, SCADA, and Logic Development. Fabrication and erection of Raw water overhead tank of 3 lakh litre capacity. Involved in Reverse osmosis plant erection and commissioning. Erection of SILO’s around 6,000 MT capacity of flat bed type. Erection of EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANTS around 250 cubic meter/day and 100 cubic meter/day.
