| For the past two years, I have been rendering service as a technical customer support specialist. Working in fast-paced environment trained me about multitasking. It also allowed me to have a great deal of patience and discipline. My previous job as sales executive in a multimedia legal resource firm allowed me to hold several duties with different responsibilities. My work history has been an avenue for me to enrich my technical, customer and people skills.
Aside from being technology-savvy, I am also results-oriented and driven. I have always taken pride in the fact that I am a very reliable, honest and dependable person. The moment I have been involved in a certain situation with regard to work, I will never give up unless I have come up with solutions to the problems presented to me.
