Furthermore my primary skills & expertise include: • Implementation & development of safety and health procedures. • Procedures & implementing of Fatal Risk Protocol. • Project planning, monitoring, reviewing & enforcement of mine standards & procedures & company policy. • Developing & implementing SHEQ strategies to meet the short & long term goals of the client & the organisation. • Ensuring there is an environment established within the organisation that encourages honest, open communication and transparent, timely sharing of information. • Participating in audits and inspections, doing all the incident investigations & risk assessment as well as behaviour base safety & on-the-job-training. • Establishing relationships with personnel, sub contractors, and suppliers. • Translating strategies into deliverable outcomes. • Risk Management strategies, identifying and applying safety improvement is my passion.
