Document Control/Secretary

Has more than 17 years experience in office work for Document Control, secretarial and administrative works. WinPCs Specialist/Document Control Specialist/Project Document Data Management (PDDM), manage information, assists in expediting, receiving, classifying, recording, indexing, distribution, storage and retrieval of information or records on any medium. Maybe required to run errands, scanning drawings, do copying, filing and interfacing with all engineering disciplines. Generally, PC based programs such as Microsoft Office, MS Access, Technical Document Database, Pro Arc, Projects On-Line (POL), Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and Electronic Room Database. Responsible in preparation all formal issues for “Issued for Construction” (IFC) drawings and vendor data. Generates transmittal letter with assign transmittal number and distribute the transmittals and documents as noted on the project distribution matrix. Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microstation, AutoCAD, AutoView, Windows ‘95/’97/’98/NT/00/XP, Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord, VISIO 2000, Microsoft Access, Lotus Notes and Adobe Acrobat.
