Working in a highly competitive environment I offer face to face advice to prospective clients. I use my excellent communication skills to build and retain a substantial client base. I have also developed both my sales and marketing techniques to attract new customers in a difficult market place. 2004 – 2006 Mortgage Specialist, Barclays Bank PLC My role was telephony based and I dealt with selling mortgages and general insurance to both existing and prospective customers I was also asked to be part of a team to look at a new sales tool to try and assist other colleagues in being fully compliant as I was fully competent in this area. I began my time at Barclays working with Intermediary Business Managers and visiting brokers throughout the country and making them aware of the products and service we provide and helping them through the whole mortgage process.
