I graduated from the faculty of engineering in Cairo University, where I majored in electronics and telecommunications engineering. From September 2005 till April 2008 I have worked as a service desk engineer in the customer technical support department of Orange business services, a part of France telecom group. Then moved to a Complex Solution Delivery Manager position for the same company. As you can see from my resume, I have taken a variety of courses that give me the skills and knowledge to be successful in several fields like computer networks, customer support and project management. I have a strong drive and motivation to learn new things. My excellent verbal and written skills enable me to effectively communicate information to others. I have gained many new skills from my current job that would make me a good candidate for your position. I have a good understanding of different computer network technologies and devices, dealing with customers on daily basis and on a professional level, crisis handling and problem management, multitasking, working under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple groups with varying technical skills and different cultures, very good presentation and negotiation skills. I am responsible for a variety of jobs to be done on a day-to-day basis and through them have strengthened my organizational skills and my ability to prioritize work.
