| Currently I am working as Optimization and Planning Engineer. Optimizing GSM Network and GPRS is my main task. I am experience in supporting Drive Test Team and tune network paramters of GSM and GPRS according to Drive Test Result and main kpi of network as well.I am also familiar in maintaining BSC database,preparing script to run the BTS. I generate Network Statistics of Siemens base equipments and according to statistics I optimized the network. I have experience in forecasting Capacity of network as well.I am also experience an analysing IMSI,SCA,HDC traces.
