THE ROLE
You will join a team of recruiters who have developed exceptional relationships with their clients. These relationships have enabled Antal to build resourcing solutions that deliver against each client’s short, medium and long-term objectives.
Your measures of success will be customer satisfaction, depth of relationship, quality of hire, targets met, and return on recruitment $ invested.
* Successful candidates will be able to articulate a clear focus on
Quality of Service that goes beyond numbers of CVs sent and
focuses on developing broad and deep relationships with their
clients.
* The willingness to understand your client’s business operations
and strategy, and from this evaluate how and where Antal can
add the most Value to their bottom line
* Personal powers of resilience and tenacity, with the ability to
see things through to completion
* A lively, energetic and strong personality with a pragmatic
mentality and target focus.
* A self-starter who is not afraid to take responsibility for
initiatives.
* An effective networker with the ability to broker relationships
externally and across region.
* Excellent PC Skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Web
based technologies.
* Languages a Plus.
