Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provides day-to-day office administration activities for an engineering (Nuclear) project field
office.
• Prioritizing and coordinating the activities of administrative assistants and document control
staff.
• Must be able to lead, train and mentor this team in support of an international project.
• The individual must be able to both accomplish the tasks personally as well as direct the
activities of other staff.
• Strict schedule adherence and quality control in the completion of correspondence,
document control and office management.
• The project involves extensive correspondence and engineering deliverables to be
coordinated amongst multiple parties worldwide.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Ten (10) or more years work experience in project administration including correspondence
and records management.
• Past experience with in an Engineering and/or Construction work environment - specifically
on power or infrastructure projects.
• Must have experience in supervising and developing a staff of administrative and
document control personnel and coordinating requirements from an office and field team in
excess of 200 staff.
• Must have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite of tools and excellent written
and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal (team) skills.
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and administrative
skills.
• Familiarity with an EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) preferably
Documentum, and electronic collaboration tools is desirable, although not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is desirable.
