For longer term prospects and more incentives rural or remote areas offer more attractive packages for permanent or long term contracts.
More rural or remote positions will cover travel costs, accommodation and relocation assistance for the right candidates who are willing to stay on a permanent or long term contract basis. For locum positions in these areas accommodation and return flights are generally on offer, however you need to be prepared to be located a few hours out of the CBD areas.
