The practice has been established for 25 years in a coastal community, which is rapidly growing. All the principals and the assistant are Fellows of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. The practice is an accredited training practice with RACGP.
This area on the central coast has a small population however, the surgery services a wider area and has a database of 25,000 + patients. They service working families, retirees and persons on pensions and health care cards. They also have patients in local nursing homes and assisted living accommodation.
You will experience a great variety of general practice work and can look forward to establishing a broad patient base.
We do not have any notable cultural or indigenous groups within our community.
Over 80% of our patients have been associated with their practice for longer than 4 years.
Vocationally Registered General Practitioners that are currently working in Australia are encouraged to apply. Furthermore, GP's with comparable health care experience, have obtained their Fellowship and are eligible for vocational registration in NSW are welcome to apply.
