Summer is a busy tourist season. The district has a Play centre and the Area School provides Primary and Secondary education to year 13. Class numbers are small. Recent NZCA achievements were 100% pass. Golf and lawn bowls are popular sports and trout fishing is good. Some medical equipment is provided and a PC with med-tech software sits within the Practice. A private, fully furnished house on a half acre section for rent. The GP provides own vehicle. |
