We seek fresher MBA and talented well qualified, polished candidates for Administrative Assistant and Personal Secretary to the MD.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls for the MD

Take and relay messages from any Global Client

Provide appropriate information to callers

Greet persons entering organization with prior appointment

Direct persons to correct destination, persons handling the work

Deal with queries from the Global Franchisees, International Office Locations and customers / candidates approaching the organization for Recruitment solutions

Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization - should be strong in Performance Management, HR and Employee relations

General administrative and clerical support

Prepare letters and documents for the MD

Receive and sort mail and deliveries of the office of the Managing Director

Schedule appointments of various clients / Potential Global Business customers with the MD on different Priorities

Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically, preferably on Excel file

Should be well versed with Internet and drawing information form the internet

Organize meetings and involve proper personnel along with the MD

Ensure Proper reporting by all employees on daily basis.

Follow-up with consultants / clients / Projects personals for projects related issues.

Browsing net and downloading data related to our industry.

Accurate filling of profiles & important document / data.

Keep a track of various projects and keep constant follow-up with the clients until the product is delivered.

Be pleasant and maintain the reception area tidy.

Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and national and international travel with MD.

Ability to explain ideas and concepts.

Your excellent interpersonal and management skills, an ability to relate to all levels of Management up to Managing Director level and high level written and verbal communication skills
will enable you to negotiate the best outcome for the business.

Successful candidates will have proven Great Thought leadership skills, Time Management, Strategic Human Resources, Team Building Skills, should be highly motivated, highly energized, powerful, full of fresh new ideas and Innovations.

You will be contacting the key decision making Authorities from the following industry verticals: Technology, BPO, FMCG, ENGINEERING, ELECTRONICS & TELECOM, PHARMA, IT, INSURANCE CONSTRUCTION, HOSPITALITY, FINANCIAL SERVICES, Retail, Banking, large construction, maintenance and industrial projects related to petrochemical, Oil & gas, power plants, heavy industry and infrastructure (including building) projects, establishments, hotels, hospitals, banks and trading companies.

Your ability to have strong tools in Sales and Marketing will get you this coveted job. This job is not restricted to Australia alone. This job involves contacting Global Business Houses, key Decision Makers and concludes the deals in our favor.
