Job Profile:
This role is going to play a significant part in the growth of this corporate heavyweight. As an Associate, you will be responsible for the construction and evaluation of complex models which will help to analyze strategic options and the potential fit of acquisition targets. Advice in relation to divestment and joint ventures will also be integral to the role as well as keeping abreast of market and industry research/trends. The preparation of presentations that will be taken to the CEO, Board etc. will also feature.
Candidate Profile:
You will have a top-tier academic background - a double degree is preferred. You need to have excellent financial modeling skills, be highly numerate, and have exceptional written & verbal communication skills. Stakeholder management is also integral. You will be passionate about investing and dedicated to pursuing a career within business development / strategy / M&A. Experience within an Investment Bank, Management Consulting and/or M&A team is going to set you apart from other applicants
Your excellent interpersonal and management skills, an ability to relate to all levels of Management up to Managing Director level and high level written and verbal communication skills will enable you to negotiate the best outcome for the business.
Successful candidates will have proven Great Thought leadership skills, Time Management, Strategic Human Resources, Team Building Skills, should be highly motivated, highly energized, powerful, full of fresh new ideas and Innovations.
You will be contacting the key decision making Authorities from the following industry verticals: Technology, BPO, FMCG, Engineering, Electronics & Telecom, Pharma, IT, Insurance Construction, Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, Banking, large construction, maintenance and industrial projects related to petrochemical, Oil & gas, power plants, heavy industry and infrastructure (including building) projects, establishments, hotels, hospitals, banks and trading companies.
