• Previous experience with web based software or web design skills (a bonus but not essential).
• Tertiary qualification a bonus but not essential
Due to strong growth in this software company, your role will include a variety of customer service tasks; you’ll be responsible for receiving inbound calls from clients and analyzing enquiries and issues, performing various functions such as upgrades, refunds, product swaps, technical issue escalations.
You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and being the advocate of the customer within the company.
