Our client is the leader in the provision of clinical health care solutions. You will join a team of likeminded clinical professionals (including Nurses, NUM’s DON’s Radiographers, Physios etc) who are using their clinical training to improve patient management and care.

As an Implementation Specialist you will play a crucial role in assisting and training clients in the effective use of their systems. This role will utilize your experiences within the health care arena and your understanding of work processes within the hospital network.

Specifically, you will have extensive experience and knowledge of the workflow and processes within a Pharmacy.

This position will see you assist clients in achieving the most productive and useful use of their system, with an ultimate view to improve patient / customer care.

You will be part of a team whose focus it is to deliver a framework whereby clinical information is accessible from single and multi points; making it easier and safer to manage patients.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who can demonstrate an understanding of Pharmacology Department and an understanding of the demands and pressures on those people. Basically, you know how clinical professionals use information.

- Direct clinical experience in health care environment
- An aptitude, interest and / or confidence around IT
- Technical savvy and computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
