THE OPPORTUNITY
Managing all aspects of support issues generated for clients, including recording, resolution and issue escalation. The position is an integral part of Eclipse Computing’s ‘Old-fashioned Service’ policy, maintaining excellent working relationships with all clients, at all times, is paramount.
THE REQUIREMENTS
You will have 2 years or more Navision knowledge and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
