Our client is currently recruiting qualified architects with strong conceptual design skills to be based at their Reading studio. Seeking professional and motivated qualified architects with strong conceptual design skills to respond to our expanding workload in transportation, education, healthcare, commercial and lifestyle projects. Qualifications and Experience:
• Ideally 2 years post qualification relevant experience.
• Evidence of strong conceptual design and design communication skills
• AutoCAD or MicroStation capable.
• Knowledge of Revit also helpful.
• Strong team player.
Responsibilities:
• Producing realistic creative solutions for clients
• Work with Clients from the early stages of a project in order to ensure brief/client requirements are met
• Produce high standard design & technical details/solutions for various stages of projects (concept/tender/construction/on site)
• Manage aspects of the overall project from conception through to on-site supervision
• Liaise with clients, contractors & suppliers as required
• Be an interactive team player
• Support and maintain an open flow of communication within the team
