Full training is available for those who have no experience. Some of the responsibilities of the role include: Make and receive calls from debtors, negotiate appropriate terms of repayment and offer payment solutions.
To be successful in the unique role you will have; a strong passion for success, tenacity with good customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent telephone communication skills, strong attention to detail and intermediate computer skills.
