Full Description: Opportunity exists for a general radiologist to join a top medical center in Jamaica. In addition to Radiology services, the centre boasts a team of General Practitioners, an Ophthalmologist, a Pediatrician, a lab and a pharmacy. The radiologist would be responsible for the Radiology department at this facility. Work hours are flexible; with normal shift during daytime hours. After hours and weekend cases would be addressed separately by additional staffing, remote reading or additional compensation. This position requires general and broad interpretation skills. Must be able to do some interventional procedures.
Conditions: In order to qualify for the position, applicant must
1) Pass THE CARIBBEAN ASSOCIATION OF MEDICAL COUNCILS EXAMINATION.
2) The following documents must also be attached with the application:
1) Original of MB.BS or Degree Certificate
2) Registration Certificate
3) Internship Certificate
4) Certificate of Good Standing (from registering body) – Needed for registration after passing the exam.
5) Two medical references (from persons or hospital you have worked with in the past year)
6) One (1) passport size picture
