Position: Senior Account Executive - Australia
The Challenge:
Business Advisors Technology (BAT) Pty Ltd - the Authorised Dealer for Tenrox Software in Australasia is looking for fiercely competitive account executive. Location: Melbourne.
Responsibilities:
Aggressively find, present and sell to new corporate accounts
Define and maintain account plans for target accounts
Define and execute strategy to reach and exceed quota objectives
Opportunities:

Learn about project and workforce management and the latest software technologies
Requirements:
Two to five years of corporate software sales experience
Perform well in a challenging and fast-paced market with intense competition
Self motivated, taking initiatives, successful past history in sales, able to adapt to a new environment fast
To be able to prospect new opportunities through networking and other venues
Build a healthy pipeline within 3 months of hiring, and maintain such throughout the tenure with the company
Able to work with remote teams
Able to travel 10-30% of the time
Post-hire Chronology and Expectations:
One week of onsite training at Tenrox’s Montreal headquarters
Three weeks of remote training and shadowing of conference calls
On the fourth week, present an action plan to BAT Managing Partner
Within 3 months of hiring demonstrate a pipeline of at least $500,000 opportunities.
Within 3 months obtain a signed sales order from at least one client for an amount exceeding $50,000.
