Service Organization. Our service arises from the needs of our customers. We provide the most appropriate variety of products and take care of the availability in terms of prices and territorial distances. We contract suppliers who guarantee to us the availability of products, quality, and special offers. Our employees are the link in the service chain. They check products, interchange valuable information with the company, and, finally, direct the products to final customers under employer’s supervision. Customers receive their orders in 5-7 business days period directly from manufacturer’s country (without our service it takes 3 times longer). Customers pay 10-20% less than they would have paid if they would not use our service.
Products. In order to understand which products gain the most demand among our customers we should present one question: What is available in the United States and other developed countries that is difficult to buy elsewhere? The first place is taken by hi-tech electronics and supplies. Besides that there is a place for personal goods, home supplies, and unique products. We are certainly speaking about everything that is legal. So, products which we are delivering fall in the above categories. It is a fact that in many countries such products are often too difficult to find.
Supply Chain. Our suppliers are manufacturers and sellers. Mostly, we choose small firms who are famous for outstanding quality and advantageous business approach. We are contracting those firms under conditions which are both suitable for their business and our service needs.
Customers. Our customers are small businesses located in many foreign countries and individuals living overseas who search for high-standard, qualitative goods and appliances.
Employees. Our employees hold part-time and full-time positions with our company. They are our remote assistants who participate in major stages of the delivery service.
Geography of Business. Our business has many directions. There are multiple office locations in the US, Europe, Asia, Australia. Due to the growth of our business we are opening new office locations every month
