Prestigious client base with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs. Staff Types and Training
R. E. Personnel specialises primarily in the supply of quality silver service staff, bar staff, and supervising staff. All staff are fully trained, and experienced in their particular roles. We also cater for more specialised roles such as Butlers. The whole list of positions we can cater for are below:

Training is paramount to the success of the company, and is carried out jointly by the Managing Director, Richard East, and Montpellier Consultancy, a specialist training company based in Cheltenham. All staff are assessed at interview and given appropriate training before commencing work for R. E. Personnel. As part of the training process, consultants will also discuss the individual requirements of the client and design a bespoke program tailored to the needs outlined. This allows R. E. Personnel to adapt to the variety of requests put upon the company, and to supply our clients with the best possible service available.
Richard East Personnel established an Industrial Division in the summer of 2002 to assist a number of blue chip clients with their recruitment and retention issues. The company has a number of contracts with agencies abroad that specialise in assisting people who wish to settle in the UK. These include agencies in South Africa, New Zealand, Poland and Lithuania. REP acts as a source of employment for these people selecting the most competent to work within this demanding division.
