Located in Vieux-Fort, Saint Lucia, an island nation of the West Indies, International American University College of Medicine provides a unique experience for students who wish to become medical doctors. Upon licensure, our students can pursue their medical careers in the United States or in various other countries around the world.
Comparable to medical education in the United States, our curriculum consists of two major facets: basic sciences and clinical sciences. All basic science courses are taught in Saint Lucia, and clinical sciences are carried out mainly in the United States. Our unique curriculum is focused on integration of basic sciences and case-based instruction. This innovative educational program is used by elite American medical universities.
