Logistics Recruitment Solutions was established since May 1999 with the specific aim of meeting the ever-changing requirements of companies with Logistics recruitment requirements. Since inception, Logistics Recruitment Solutions has clearly identified two specific markets in which it competes:
1. Companies within the Logistics industry - includes companies within all modes of transport, inlcuding Air, Road, Rail and Sea and companies that specialise within Third Party Logistics (3PL) or Fourth Party Logistics (4PL). ie. TNT, Toll, Mayne.
2. Companies that have a Logistics requirement within the Supply Chain - companies within Healthcare, Information Technology Manufacturing, Printing, Media, Cosmetics, FMCG - Beverages and Food, Retail etc. ie. Simplot, NCR Australia, ACP etc.
The three Directors of the company have over 45 years combined experience in the Logistics and Transport sectors. Kim Winter developed his 25 years transport and logistics experience through holding senior executive positions with companies including Ansett New Zealand Air Freight and Telegroup Australia. In his experience he has served as an executive of the Chartered Institute of Transport (NZ) is a current member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT) in Australia, a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA). Kim is also a past board member of SPAN, the organisation responsible for guiding the Telecommunications industry through deregulation. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration.
Logistics Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is effectively involved in the provision of the following services:
• Recruitment services in Temporary, Contract and Permanent staff
• Human Resource Consulting
• Training Facilitation
• Psychometric Testing
