Company description:
Lifestyle Fitness is a company owned and operated by an Australian. The company was established under the auspices of the Sri Lankan Board of Investment as a foreign investor. Given special concessions on the basis that the services we offer are of significant importance to the country.
As opposed to 'Fitness' our focus is on Health and Lifestyle management, providing services in the field of weight loss, cholesterol and blood pressure remediation, sedentary to active lifestyle, corporate health, dietary counselling etc
We have been operational for 3 years and employ a staff of 30. We offer employment to travellers who wish to have a 'working holiday' and are prepared to commit for at least 3 months. We arrange working/residential visas which must be organised before arrival on the island. Accomodation is provided and a salary commensorate with the skills and revenue earning capacity of the applicant.
The facility is located at the national tennis center in the middle of Colombo in a 2 storey 7000 sq ft biulding, it is equiped with all the latest fitness and physiotherapy equipment. We have a gymnasium, juice bar, restaurant, aerobic/yoga studio, physiotherapy unit, body therapy unit and a physiology testing unit.
