Dasco Machine Tools, importer in Australia of Sirmeccanica products is currently looking for a candidate to work in the Customer Service/marketing/sales area. The candidate must liaise with old customers for any queries concerning the products. They must research the market (mostly through Internet) and contact new potential customers/Dealers. They will have some general administration duties: inserting new contacts in the database, sending brochures/offers to customers and distributors etc. Full training provided. The candidate might have the chance to travel in different occasions (exhibitions, product demonstrations etc). The candidate will also need to demonstrate the following: Strong, clear verbal communication skills; Superior customer service focus; Ability to build rapport with customers good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
