OPERATIONS
Conscript Africa is well equipped with qualified individuals to provide our valued clients with quality services. Our head offices are strategically situated in Route 21 Corporate Park to allow for easy access. Conscript Africa is currently setting up branches in Cape Town and exploring the possibilities of offices in Africa. Our offices are equipped with state of the art technology to support and facilitate communication channels and provide a comfortable meeting place. With global partnerships, we have the ability to serve global, national and local clients.
BEE STRATEGY
Conscript Africa is committed to the transformation process and has therefore identified possible empowerment transactions. We are currently in negotiations with three entities that has shown an active interest to take up shares in the company and who in turn can add value to our profile.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Heidi Duvenage has extensive experience in recruitment and training from admin level to
executive management level. She is a certified Facilitator and Targeted Selection
Administrator and has extensive experience managing & recruiting contractors for
hardware & software implementations for large Corporate Accounts. Heidi‘s experience includes the Account Management of various SAP Business One Implementations.
Tiaan le Roux has thirteen years experience providing both the corporate and SMB market with skilled IT contractors on all levels. He has managing experience in the
implementation of processes and procedures on Logistics, Procurement & Professional Services.
Anneleen Snyman has more that 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the Information Technology and office automation industry. Certified in sales and marketing management Anneleen heads up and coordinates all sales and marketing efforts for the SAP Business One upskilling of consultants in Africa.

1. Conscript Permanent Solutions
This division functions within the integrated human resources approach. The core team provides a recruitment support service and manages various internet driven systems of over 50 000 active job seekers. All recruiters are Targeted Selection certified. We are able to service our clients across all functional specialisations, and at all levels of an organisation, from entry level trainees to senior executives, with particular emphasis on the following industry sectors:
• Financial / HR / Admin
• Information Technology
• Telecommunications
• ERP Solutions
Conscript Africa commits to add value to the selection process by proper Reference & Credit Checks and by providing hands-on assistance to management in the Recruitment & Selection Process.
2. Conscript Contract Solutions
Conscript Africa assists clients with the recruitment of contract personnel, on short and long term contracts. We operate on an ‘Open Book’ Policy. On Labour Broking and Body Shopping, individual mark-ups will be negotiated per specific client, ranging between 18 % and 30 %. We ensure job satisfaction for our consultants by:
